I can't believe I didn't see it myself!
Just treat it like an adventure.
A drinking adventure, a gardening adventure, a work adventure, a shopping adventure, a driving home adventure, a washing the clothes adventure, a cleaning the bathroom adventure.
I tried it out today and it worked a treat!
Take the seriousness out of it and just have an adventure.
